A 1-minute MovingSnap includes up to 19 images or short video clips. If you include fewer, we may repeat a few to maintain flow.
If you’d like to include more media, you’ll need to select a longer video version — every additional minute allows for 19 more items.

We offer consistent templates with a cinematic, nostalgic, or fun feel — designed to work well with your photos and clips. Our goal is to deliver a great result without needing revision requests.

We aim to get it just right the first time by using a consistent, polished editing style based on what you choose — whether it’s nostalgic, upbeat, or cinematic.

If a special moment was missed, just let us know within 7 days of receiving your video. We’re happy to make small adjustments to ensure it feels right.

To keep things simple for everyone, we don’t offer full re-edits or major style changes — but most customers love their MovingSnap just the way it is.

Each file can be up to 1 GB in size.

Yes! Our upload form works from any phone, tablet, or computer. Just pick your files and submit — no technical skills needed.

Perfect! Choose the “Upload Your Own Video” option. We’ll host it for you and send a QR code you can print, share, or stick onto a frame or album.

You can renew your private video access and QR code for just $15/year. If you don’t renew, your video will no longer be available through the QR link — but you can always restart later if needed.

Yes. Your video is stored securely and won’t appear in public galleries or search engines. Only people with your private link or QR code can view it.
